GETEC PARK.EMMEN brings together the experience and expertise gained in 65 years of infrastructural services by the former EMMTEC services to form a comprehensive production and competence cluster for producing and recycling polymers. What makes us different from other industrial estates? Above all, it is the holistic approach to a sustainable and resource-saving handling of raw materials, efficient logistics processes and a variety of analytical services, which enable us to meet our customers’ requirements in an efficient but also sustainable way. In addition, we support the energy transition with innovative concepts such as the energetic use of hydrogen or biogas. We also use the energy produced on site to supply the city of Emmen with heat and electricity. With its ideal connection to the long-distance and rail transport, the estate offers an ideal environment for international companies that are active in research, development and production. The large number of multinational corporations already based in the estate makes it a valuable site.
GETEC PARK.EMMEN offers over 100 hectares of plots and real estate with optimal infrastructure and an ideal logistical location. In addition to existing buildings that can be adapted to the customer requirements, our customers can also be offered freely available areas.
Together with GETEC PARK.SWISS, GETEC PARK.EMMEN forms the center of the INDUSTRIAL PARKS of tomorrow.
